Pair of Sanken Audio Output Power Transistors 2SA1216 & 2SC2922
Sanken power transistors are used in many leading audiophile amplifiers. Their multi-emitter technology produces a transistor much faster and with more linear gain than the traditional types used in the past.
These parts are widely used in audio amplifiers as the output stage power transistors. One pair will be suitable for a single channel Class AB output stage up to 100W into 4 ohms or 60W into 8 ohms.
Rating: Vce = 180 volts, Ic = 17 A, ft=40MHz, MT200 package. Hfe class 'Y' - typically 50-100 @ 5A
