I believe that this is a timed delay relay not sure though. Made by INDUSTRIAL SOLID STATE CONTROLS INC. of york pa. Its input is 115V cycle 50/60 output contacts 115V 10A. Has a total of 10 contacts(5 per side) depends on how you hook them up gives you either instant or timed voltage. Has some schematics on the unit. The timing range says from 0-10,I dont know if that is 0 seconds to 10 seconds or in tenths of a second I'm only guessing. This worked when taken out about 2 yrs ago then put on shelf. Also has red light indicator.
