We actually have two of these that appear to be identical, one does NOT have a model info tag. When I list the second one, I will advise and use the information from this particular item tag.
Don't let this cheap price make you think these motors are junk. We do NOT believe they are junk. They were "Take Outs" from a Dallas Hospital when remodelling 4 years ago. We bought them strictly for Surplus Sales!
