400(or more) gi smt power diodes 200 volt 1.5 amp GP15D
These are quantity 400 standard surface mount 1.5 Amp 200 Volt glass passivated power diodes, type GP15D, made by General Instrument.
These are generally a slightly higher current upgrade on the common 1N4000 series and feature lower reverse leakage. They have cranked leads for surface mounting, the package and the dissipation is the same as the long leaded type. The overall length is 15mm.
