Houston instrument omniscribe recorder x-y plotter
This plotter powers on. I put 10 volts in on the Y channel and it deflected close to 10 volts.
The X channel chatters and sticks on one end.
It may not have the takeup roller. Paper goes into the hole in front, but I do not see how it rolls
