This is a motor controller removed from semiconductor processing equipment. It has 4 complete LM12CLK 80 Watt Amplifiers The schematic shown in the link is very close to what is on this board times 4. Four low level inputs are buffered by high impedance op-amps that drive the inputs of the LM12CLKs. It requires a +/-25V supply capable of supplying 320 WATTS There is some other circuitry on the board - LED level displays, digital buffers, etc - that is not connected to the servo amplifier circuit. This is a great project board for robotics, CNC applications, etc. The LM12CLK sells for $42.00 new! This board has 4 of them! A $164.00 value!
