This high end precision optical interference filter is designed to efficiently isolate the ideal green excitation for YFP, or other Green/Yellow fluorescence emitters. The filter has extremely sharp edges and high level of attenuating of emission light longer than 520nm. The filter can also be used to isolate the Cyan portion of the spectrum with very high efficeincy of nearly 70%.
The filter specifications are as follows: Cut-on wavelength; 485nm +/-3 nm, Cut-off wavelength; 515 +/-5 nm, Size 25 mm +0/-.25mm, Transmission >70%, Free Spectral range UV to 1200 nm. New cost is about $160.00
