They are all new and came from a Computer service company in New York that specialized in repairing computers, printers, PC monitors etc. The box in the photo is not part of the offered items. The various value caps will be sorted and placed in zip lock bags. I also have 3 other boxes with 60 drawers each of Various transisters, various sizes and values IC's packs, various sizes and values Resistors, various sizes and values Again the boxes w/ drawers are not included.
These are all new components, never used. But there is no return of this item
