This is NEW. Shelfworn. The fan guard has a kink in on the bottom side but is fully functional and is in no danger of coming off. The fan spins freely. The cover for teh electrical connections is missing. This has been on the shelf in in support of some equipment that is no longer in use. The stickers on the picture we believe were to insure that it would be installed in the correct location if ever needed. Ready for service.
