1 - 28VDC Eldec Corp. Battery Analyzer / Conditioner. This unit appears to be in beautiful condition, the paint is almost new. It does not come with cables so we were unable to test it. Because of the type of cable connector required for this, it may be necessary to wring out the wires. Might make a great charger for maintaining charges in 24 volt batteries.
