These items are High Voltage, High Current Dual SCR (Silicon Controlled Rectifier) Modules. They were manufactured by BBC (now ABB) and have an industry standard part numbering system designation: MCC90-06io8.
Applications Information: Though the following data sheet gives more information, these fine dual SCR modules consist of two 100 Amp 600 Volt SCR's in series This configuration is called the half bridge configuration. It is very useful for constructing high power full wave bridge, phase controlled rectifier assemblies. Two of these modules in parallel create a full wave bridge rectifier assembly for single phase power. Three of them in parallel create a three phase full wave bridge rectifier.

Product Condition: These fine Dual SCR Modules are in NICE condition (as the photo demonstrates). They are used, having been carefully removed from surplus industrial equipment. Though I have no way to fully test them, they have been tested with a DVM and found to be good (no shorts, opens, or visible defects, all readings closely match the corresponding readings from other units).
