HP Agilent 8924C CDMA Mobile Station Test Set **Works Great!**
The HP 8924C is a self contained communications analyzer. With specific features for parametric performance testing of CDMA cellular phones.
Each analog mode feature can be operated as a single mode instrument, or in any combination as needed.
* Synthesized Spectrum Analyzer: 30 MHz to 1000 MHz @ 80 dB dynamic range
* Signal Generator: 10 MHz to 1000 MHz @ -137 dBm to +3.5 dBm
* RF Analyzer: 10 MHz to 1000 MHz W/ Frequency, Power and FM Deviation
* AF Analyzer: 20 Hz to 400 KHz W/ Frequency, AC voltage and SINAD
* Oscilloscope: 2Hz to 50 KHz @ 10 mV to 10 Volts
The two photographs show the internal signal generator set to a frequency of 500 MHz @ 0 dBm and the Spectrum Analyzer set to the same 500 MHz. One picture is with the generators FM modulation turned on. And the other with it turned off.
As a CDMA test set the HP 8924C tests IS-95A-compliant CDMA phones for use with systems that operate from 500MHz to 1000MHz. In addition to its CDMA functionality, the HP 8924C includes full AMPS, NAMPS and TACS analog phone test capability.
More info about the 8924C can be at Agilent's website though this link here. This 8924C has been tested and is working great. Cosmetically it is in pretty good shape though the top panel has some scuffs from previous use. Sold guaranteed against DOA.
