It is the transformer without the Ground Fault detector, it would be good for a Jacobs Ladder
Primary input: 120Volt 60Hz 720Va
Secondary Output: 12,000 Volts 60Ma
This is a working pull from an obsolete sign.
Tested 02/08 for function and found to operate properly as a Jacobs Ladder (see Picture).
