These heat sinks will provide lots of cooling for a variety of power semiconductors in a small space. These are black anodized extruded aluminum heat sinks. They measure 3 inches by 4.5 inches. The fins are approx 1-1/2 inch tall. There are two fins on each side and a set of 4 in the center. There are 4 TO3 patters drilled in the bottom. The base is 3/16" thick.
