This standard ABB IRB 6400R has a 2.5m reach and a max payload of 120kg.
The 6400R arm was completely redesigned for the M99 model and the M2000 uses this design. The main modifications are to the structure of the first 3 axis, this follows the design of the 4400 and 2400, moving away from the use of plantary gears. The arm is designed to be easier to work on and to have a larger work envelope that its predecessors.
The M2000 S4C+, although cosmetically similar to the S4C it replaced is quite different. Other similarities include the servo drive system and the programming language and teach pendant. However where the S4C used ABB's own computer system (that is in turn very like the S4) the S4C+ has a PC style computer which allows greater connectivity and has much greater power than its predecessors.
We'll strip out all unnecessary cabling, clean it up and re-paint the robot to make it 'look like new'!
Silver standard, plus: personal selection of the robot and a 60 point service check by one of our engineers, rectifying anything we find amiss. Because of this, we'll also provide you with a 3 month parts only warranty on the robot for your complete peace of mind.

We can also install the robot, service it on a regular basis and train you to a level so you can program it.
