These are adjustable V-Adjust +10/-25% , I out 0A/4A
There is an AC Cable attached the device, it is 5 feet long, with water proof connectors on both ends.
I opened one of the units to take the pictures, you can see the Voltage and Current adjustments on the inside. You can remove the tops to make any adjustments, they reseal themselves when the case is put back on.
