MMC (MMEA and Maruwa) made them for Scientific Atla
They are in the factory sealed bag.
Now, what do those letters and numbers mean :-)
Using the Maruwa General Catalog (and MMC Part Numbering System):
12 = Capacitance values less than 100pF marked with actual capacitance so = 12pF
CG = Temperature Characteristic = CG
to be added to the cost of the lot.
Add any other designated lots of capacitors or electronic components lots
plus, obviously, the cost of the lots. :-)
