Iom #142A -serial relay out, opto in, dallas
This is a fully assembled unit that is controlled by a PC COM port or similar (9600 baud, 8 data bit, no parity, no flow control).
It provides four form C relays (15A / 120 VAC, 10A / 240 VAC, 15 A / 24 VDC) with a three postion screw type connector for each relay. An LED is provided for each relay such that one can visually observe the state of the relay.
Further, it provides four optoisolators, each with a two position screw type connector. LEDs are provided on each input.
In addition, it provides the capability of measuring the temperatures on each DS18S20, DS18B20 or DS1822 or temperatures and voltages at each DS2438, or each of four voltages on each DS2450 quad A/D or the 32-bit counts on each DS2423 counters on two twisted pairs. In theory, up to 256 sensors may be accommodated on each twisted pair. However, the limiting factor is the capacitance and my suggestion is up to sixteen 1-wire devices on a maximum of 200 feet of twisted pair cable for each of the two runs.
One DS18B20-PAR is included with the unit.
The unit includes a compatible 12 VDC wall power unit and six foot nine pin serial cable.

I also have IOM #141 units which include only the optoisolator inputs and relays. That is, they have no Dallas 1-Wire capability.
