Adept 2-axis linear actuator & exc controller system
* P/N: 90400-20025/XY-HRS025-M201AD which is an M-module with 250 mm of stroke
* Has a direct mount 300 watt AC servo motor and 67 lb max thrust force.
All three long actuators have a few light cosmetic scratches on the bodies and may have some also on the bottom mounting surface and the carriage. However, they will NOT affect mounting or operation.
* P/N: 90402-45013/XY-HRS013AS106AD-1 which is an SZ module that has a left-side mounted 100 watt AC servo motor with a holding brake and 130 mm of stroke. I’m not sure what the “5†in the part number stands for since a standard module is P/N 90402-40013 and has the following specs:
All three short actuators have a few light cosmetic scratches on the bodies and may have some also on the bottom mounting surface and the carriage. Two of them also have two cosmetic scratches in the top aluminum dust cover. However, they will NOT affect mounting or operation.
One EXC controller which is p/n: EXC21A310A01AD-04 (90400-71021) and includes one Adept 32 kB EEPROM memory card p/n: 90400-02200 (FMC001AD). One Controller is marked 90400-71021R which I think means it has been factory refurbished or remanufactured. All three controllers may have some light cosmetic paint scratches but the controls and connections are like new. Each controller alone sells for more than $4000. Each controller has also been powered up as a double-check to make sure it is NOT DOA.
One Teaching Pendant p/n: 90400-02100, EXTB01AD. One Pendant has four (4) tiny spots in the membrane cover, the cord grip is broken at the beginning of the flexible portion and it is missing one connector screw. The cable/connection is unharmed. It also has some tiny light marks in the display area and some cosmetic wear on the body, but all of the buttons appear functional. Pendants #2 & 3 only has a few tiny light cosmetic marks in the keypad and display area. The buttons all appear functional and they also have some cosmetic marks on the body.
(1) cable with a CN2 Connector (Control I/O) on one end, no connection on the other
(1) cable with a CN4 Connector (General I/O) on one end, no connection on the other
(1) set of cables that connect each robot (both axes) to the EXC Controller.
The cables are all unharmed & clean. One of the round connectors on one cable that connects to the robot has some cosmetic scratches on the body, but it appears fully functional.
