This is a +/- 50 - 350 psid (differential) pressure transducer model number PM399TC. The other marked ratings are +/- 50 psid, 5 v max, line pressure rating 5000 psia, and maximum allowable pressure +/- 100 psid. It has 1/8" pipe thread openings.
This transmitter is in very nice condition as shown in the pictures below.
