This is for ten (10x) brand new Lumex LCM-S12864GSF Graphic LCD,128x64 pixels , with Green LED backlight , the dimensions can be found in the datasheet below. Very easy to use, the on-board controller is a SAMSUNG S6B0108 which works exactly like the standard KS0108. Also, you will need only one power supply (5v) to drive this LCD, there is a negative voltage generator on board! The only external components needed is a pot to ajust contrast and, of course, a MCU. The pixel aera on this LCD is 2.62" wide by 1.31" high which pretty big for this type of LCD! The overall size is 3.07" wide by 2.760" high. Digikey sell this LCD module for 47$ and im selling them at 10.99$ each.
