FDC6303N Digital FET, Dual N-Channel from Fairchild Semiconductor Package of 20
These units come in a SMD Super SOT-6 sized package as pictured in our graphic which shows thier relative size as compared to a metric rule. These Fets were designed especially for varied low voltage applications as a replacement for regular digital transistors in load switching applications. No gate bias resistors are required for operation of these devices and the very low level gate drive requirements of these allow them to operate directly from 3V circuits. Your package of 20 FETs will come to you in thier original reel tape which will be labled and wrapped in aluminum foil for added protection.
Features of the FDC6303N Device:
25V operation @ .68A continious and 2A peak current
Rds (on) = .6 ohms @ Vgs of 2.7V
Rds (on) = .45 ohms @ Vgs of 4.5v
Very low level gate drive requirements allowing direct operation in 3V circuits.
Gate-Source Zener for ESD resistance for a greater than 6KV Human body model.
Replace multiple NPN digital transistors (IMHxA series) with one DMOS FET.
