These are 2 Brand New Bars, each 24 inches long, of 3/4 inch diameter Thomson Linear Race Shafting and a set of 2 new Thomson Super Ball Bushing Linear Bearing Pillow Blocks, Bearing No. SFB-12.
This rod is hardened to a 60 case and precision ground.
60 Case LinearRace shaft surface hardness provides resistance to deformation, whether it be from extreme point contact loading from bearing balls, line contact from rollers, or area contact from sleeve bearings. Hardness also provides resistance to wear, maintaining critical internal bearing fitup dimensions.
