: Here are Three (3) DataForth model SCM9B-2252, RS-485 Instrumentation transmitters, for 4-20 ma input signals and One (1) SCM9B-A1000, RS-485 to RS-232 signal converter (or RS-485 repeater). This system allows you to connect multiple sensors in parallel on a 2 wire signal line (and 2 wire DC Power line). The transmitters have individual addresses and are polled by the data collection computer to retrieve the data. This system looked pretty slick when it came out but the cost of the transmitters ate up most of the savings in the wiring system. I never used it and it's probably obsolete. Spare parts anyone? NO Manuals or documentation.
