I'm selling lot of 20 new Siemens double PIN diodes BAR63-04 in the SOT-23 SMD package. The most important parameters:
* Double diode PIN in the common SOT-23 SMD package, three pins
* For frequencies up to 3 GHz
* Maximum reverse voltage: 50 V
* Maximum forward current: 100 mA
* Diode capacitance by 100 MHz: 0,3 pF
* Forward resistance by 100 MHz: 1,2 Ohm
