3. Description: this is a high quality Fujikin bellows valve, in great working and cosmetic conditions, chemically clean and visually shiny. This is a pneumatically actuated valve. The valve is guaranteed to seal properly and function according the manufacturer's specifications. Valves like this one are used in the ultra high vacuum (uhv) sputtering, deposition, evaporation, and coating systems. Such systems are common and used to produce thin films or other type of coatings using the dc, rf, e-beam gun, magnetron or thermal evaporation techniques. The valve was made in Japan.
