Welcome, here we have one (1) military surplus circa 1978 New never used, mint condition MEMCOR .5 ohm 7.07 amp Rheostat. Part number PT-1171-1 Insulated for 300 volts. Body is approximately 1 9/16" in diameter and 1 1/4" deep and is panel mount type with a 3/8" nut and a 1/4" diameter short shaft that has screwdriver slot for adjustment and a locking nut to lock down the adjustment. These are hard to find parts, Made in USA.
