Excellent for HYGROUNDâ„¢ compression grounding applications through 1" ground rods and up to 1500 KCMIL taps, terminals, and splices
The Y46C is a remote C-head that requires an external 10,000 psi pumping source.
See notes below.(We have Pumps and Hoses Too.)
It accepts all Burndy, Thomas Betts & Other "P" type dies.
When used with a PUADP die adapter it will accept all "U" type dies used with any 12 ton tool.
Terminal, splice, & tap connections made with this are UL listed & CSA certified
Compact head allows easy placing & removing from continuous conductors
Dies & adapters lock or remove easily with pushbutton die locks
Works on all commonly used copper & aluminum products
Strong forged steel and precision machined components
* U-Dies When used with PUADP Adapter.
* Maximum Head Width: 4½ in.
No Dies included but we have them available.
Case will have a few scratches.
