Purchased from an MRO inventory, and looks to be new, old stock. The bakelite on the dial knob has a small chip missing from the edge that sits next to the metal case (cosmetic issue). Dirty, no box.
I have made an honest and fair evaluation of this item, but I am only human. I do miss things occasionally, and if it is not as I have represented it, I certainly will do what I can to "make it right".
