This high end precision optical interference filter is designed to efficiently collect the mid Blue emission of DAPI Hoechst, or other Blue fluorescence emitters. The filter has extremely sharp edges and high level of attenuating of excitation light shorter than 425nm. The filter can also be used to isolate the mid blue portion of the spectrum with very high efficeincy of nearly 600%.
